The Sports Medicine area at Campbellsville University has three tracks.
Fitness Wellness Specialist
This track is a fitness and wellness degree designed for students who want to become personal trainers, strength and conditioning professionals, or any career where they prescribe exercise to individuals.
Pre-Athletic Training
This track is designed for students who want to go to graduate school to become an Athletic Trainer. As an Athletic Trainer, they can be employed by high schools, universities, professional teams, or even companies to treat and prevent injuries to their workers and athletes.
Exercise Science
This track is designed for students who want to go to graduate school to pursue a Master’s degree or higher. Students earning a degree in Exercise Science can apply to Physical Therapy schools, Occupational Therapy schools, Physician Assistant programs, or other professional programs.
